Restorative Yoga with Tibetan Singing Bowl

Specialised Class ~

Immerse yourself in relaxation with Tibetan singing bowls played throughout restorative stretches. You will experience the healing vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowls as you are supported by bolsters, blankets and other props in gentle opening yoga postures. Suitable for those are looking to relax their mind and body.

Restorative & De-stress

Saturday 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

Healing Class ~

This is will slower your pace and soothe your body and mind with simple yet effective postures of longer hold. Breath work (pranayama) and meditation will be included to instil deep relaxation. A perfect preparation for quality sleep. Level Gentle ~ Suitable for anyone who are seeking to ease the strains of a busy and stressful lifestyle.

Ashtanga Yoga for Beginners

Saturday 1:45 PM – 2:45 PM

Dynamic Class ~

A less traditional class that focuses on practicing the basic sequences and poses of Ashtanga Vinyasa. This class introduces the basic breathing techniques and poses incorporated in the flowing sequence for the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. Expect a dynamic and flowing class. Level I ~ Suitable for who would love to build up the practice for Ashtanga primary series. Good for those who wanna work on their strength, flexibility also breath coordination at yoga.

Singing Bowls Soundbath

SORA Sound Session ~

Singing Bowls Soundbath Spend an hour time to relax your body, mind & soul The sound of the singing bowls can lead your mind fall into a deep meditation state while the vibrations from the bowls can relax and heal your body.

Interested in a private class? These sessions offer a personalised and attentive approach to yoga and meditation. Each session is adapted to individual needs, physical conditions, and personal goals.

FAQ

  • My group classes will be held in Sora Studio in Sheung Wan, a 10-minute walk away from Sai Ying Pun MTR station.

    My private clases are location-flexible. It could be your home, a yoga studio, or even online! We can coordinate in advance of your class.

  • Wear something that allows you to stretch comfortably. A yoga top and leggings are recommended for women, and a sports top and shorts for men. You can also bring water and a sweat towel.

  • No prior experience is required. My classes are accessible and guided with care, allowing students to practise at their own pace. Beginners are welcome, and variations are offered when appropriate.

  • Yes. My teaching integrates gentle and therapeutic elements, and I work attentively with individual needs. If you have an injury, health condition, or limited mobility, please let me know before class so I can guide you safely.
